Music is his passion and he is a string bass player performing with the Reading and Harrisburg Symphony Orchestras for over 25 years. His bass teachers include Eugene Levenson of the New York Philharmonic, John Hood and Henry Scott of the Philadelphia Orchestra.

His educational background includes Berklee College of Music, Peabody Institute and Kutztown University.

Summer music festivals include Aspen, A.I.M.S. in Graz, Sarasota Music Festival, International Society of Basses summer bass camps and Congress of Strings.

After working in the business sector as a manager for a non-profit concert presenter and then a stock broker, he decided to share his passion for music and acquired a certification to teach music K-12 by the State of Pennsylvania.  As a string specialist, he has taught all ages from seven years old to college age. From this experience he has learned motivational and rehearsal techniques that are essential tools to motivate and engage our students.

He enjoys playing jazz music, rock guitar, electric bass and ice hockey. He is married and lives in Wyomissing, PA and has a Siberian Husky named Miroslav.
