2020-2021 Season Update

Dear Friends of the Symphony,

The Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra has been delivering world-class symphonic music to our region for more than 90 years. And throughout our history, but especially most recently, we have been honored and encouraged by the expressions of support received from you, our extended family of patrons, and the hard work of our musicians, volunteers and staff.

Like every organization across the country, we are watching to see how the coronavirus affects our 2020-2021 season. In the coming weeks, we should be in a better position to announce our plans for October and November 2020 programming. Due to the uncertain nature of events, and where the nation’s response to the pandemic will be this fall, announcements are likely to be made only a few months into the future at a time.

While this season will be A Season Like No Other, we will continue to surprise and delight you in a format that optimizes any and all safety precautions recommended to protect public health.

We understand that many of our current and past subscribers will have questions. Please watch for a separate message regarding your individual situations.

Warm regards,

Stuart Malina, Music Director
Matthew Herren, Executive Director
