Subscribers can renew subscriptions and keep track of ticket purchases and contributions through a private and secure, myHSO online account. When logged into your account, you’ll automatically receive any early access and discounts available. Email us at info@harrrisburgsymphony.org to set up your new account or if you’re having difficulties accessing your account. Please use the subject “myHSO setup” in your email.

Ticket Exchanges
As a benefit to our subscribers, the Harrisburg Symphony extends the courtesy of exchanging tickets for another concert within the same series, to accommodate personal schedule conflicts.
As a new added bonus to subscribers, we offer two free exchanges per subscription!
Please call the Harrisburg Symphony Box Office to process all exchanges. We are open Wednesday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and can be reached at 717-545-5598.
All tickets are exchanged based upon the availability of seats at the time of the exchange.
Donate Your Ticket for Resale
If you’re unable to use your tickets for either performance of a specific concert, your ticket can be donated back to the Symphony. Return your tickets to the Harrisburg Symphony (800 Corporate Circle, Suite 101, Harrisburg, PA 17110) at least 24 hours prior to the concert. A receipt for a tax-deductible contribution will be mailed to you.
